Man was made to Praise The Lord!by Valarie Mortimer on 10/19/10

Psalm 145:10-13 Says:-
All you, have made will praise you, O Lord; your saints will extol you.
They will tell of the glory of your kingdom and speak of your might, so that all men may know of your mighty acts and the glorious splendor of your kingdom.
Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and your dominion endures through all generations.
To extol God means to Praise Him; To Exalt Him; To Admire Him; To Worship Him; and To Commend God.
We offer ourselves to God as a living sacrifice. Our Praise builds an altar to God. God has made each and every one of us to bring glory to Him. He created us for one purpose and one purpose alone, to glorify and to bring pleasure to Him, at all times. We are His work and we ought to Praise and Worship Him alone.
God, The Most High, comes to dwell in the praises of His people. Our Praise tells God where our heart is. God inhabits the praises of His people.
Speaking words of Praise is very important. Words are the motor vehicle through which the plans and purposes of God came about in the earth.
It is a sacrifice to open our mouths and speak words of praises and thanksgiving to God when we don’t feel like praising God. Let us reach deep down within us and Praise God anyhow, God will come into our Praise, Worship and Thanksgiving, He will accept the sacrifice we offer to Him on the Altar of Praise.
Praising God releases the authority of God into our lives. As we bless Him our Praise speaks to Jehovah God and it says, “take joy my King in what you hear from my lips and let it be a sweet sweet, song in your ear” God accepts what we bring before Him with a pure heart, and in return He works out, situations for our good. Jesus is the way, He is truth and He is life. He is the open door, and we can enter in and receive love, joy, peace, good health, happiness, and success.
Believers, once we build an Alter for God in Praise and Worship and confess His word daily with our mouths and believe in our hearts that Jesus Christ is Lord everything will be alright with our souls.
A lack of Praise, Adoration and Worship with Thanksgiving to God gives the devil a place of dominion in your life. When we make the choice to Praise God we are saying to the devil, we are praising God with our all and all.
When you get weary, when the road seems rough, when you are depressed, pull from within yourself joy, because the joy of the Lord is your strength, and Praise the Lord God anyhow. By doing so the devil is defeated.
The devil got your number, he is on your case, face the devil let him hear the praises of God coming from your lips and he will flee.
How does he flee from around you? By you taking a firm stand and giving God the fruit of your lips, Exalt Him; Glorify Him; Magnify Him; Lift Him up, He said ”if I be lifted up from the earth I will draw all men unto me”, and you will be praising God from a sincere heart of Praise.
Praise God! People of God, Yes He’s worthy to be Praise.
God Bless You.
